The Manager Quality Support & Training of Eyeleds is available to help you with technical support or questions regarding defects. He is specialised in finding suitable solutions.

Defective products are never thrown away. Instead, we ask our customers to send us the product concerned. We start to analyse and test thoroughly for the cause of a defect. The problem, in most cases, lies in the electrical environment of the installed luminairs. Our engineers will visit the project to find the problem. We will try to always find a solution which satisfies our customers!
